Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) Bylaw No. 377 protects neighbouring property owners from the impacts of unsightly items on adjacent properties.
The bylaw regulates or prohibits rubbish, dilapidated structures, graffiti and other conditions that may disturb the peace of the surrounding neighbourhood. It applies to all three electoral areas of the CVRD.
