The Comox Valley Regional District, Financial Services, provides utility billing for numerous service areas. The billing period varies by area and can be monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Service areas include:

Pay Your Utilities Invoices

There are several ways you can pay your CVRD utility bills:

By Pre-Authorized Payment complete the application for automatic payment of your invoices through your bank account.

If you would like to modify your banking information or cancel automatic payment, complete the modification form

Pre-Authorized Payment Modification Form

Through Your Financial Institution visit your institution in person or add us as a payee in your online or telephone bill payment program. Search for us using the payee name listed under your financial institution below. You will need your 13-digit account number located on your invoice (without spaces or dashes).

By Mail send cheques payable to “Comox Valley Regional District” to:

In person come to our main office at 770 Harmston Avenue with cash, cheque, debit, Mastercard or Visa. There is a drop box located at our main entrance to drop off cheques (made payable to “Comox Valley Regional District) outside business hours. 

By Phone call 250-334-6000 to pay with a Visa or Mastercard.

Utility Billing Address Changes

Only registered property owners can change the billing address for utility accounts. As these account addresses are linked to the BC Assessment Authority and Land Title & databases, call BC Assessment at 1-866-value BC (1-866-825-8322) or use the link provided below to submit a change of address notification.  If you should require further assistance, email or call 250-334-6033.
