Planning Applications Submission

You may submit a planning application in person at our office (770 Harmston Avenue) or through this online submission form. If you submit your application online, please be sure to include your planning application form and any relevant professional reports as attachments. Once your file has been assigned to a planner, they will reach out to you to obtain a credit card application fee payment.

If you need to submit more than four documents, please consolidate multiple reports into a single PDF document or mention which reports or documents are outstanding in the Project Description field so a planner can follow up.
