This form assists the CVRD in tracking odour complaints from the Sewage Treatment Plant. Information collected is done so under the authority of Section 26(c) of The Freedom of Information Act. This information will provide our staff with insights on activities or areas of particular concern and assist in analysis - enabling decisions to be made that consider the impacts on the community. Please fill out the form below to have your complaint logged in the system. All complaints will be tracked and the number and nature of complaints will be provided in a quarterly report to the Sewage Commission and posted to our website. No personal information will be posted publicly without consent.
