Traffic Notice
The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) will undertake geotechnical work including hydrogeological assessment in the Lazo Road area starting on June 15 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. The duration of this work is approximately two weeks.
During this time 12 assessment boreholes will be dug in total along Lazo/Balmoral, Moreland and Butchers, to assess ground conditions (see below image). Minor traffic disruptions are expected.
