The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) recently launched Connect CVRD, a new online engagement tool that will be used to consult with residents year round on CVRD projects and initiatives legislatively required.
“Many residents have busy lives and are not able to attend face to face open houses,” explains Jennifer Steel, CVRD manager of corporate communications. “By having an online platform available for residents to be involved, provide feedback and engage on; the CVRD is ensuring the information is available and accessible to residents when it is convenient to them.”
Residents are encouraged to register for Connect CVRD to be part of the conversation about CVRD initiatives. All feedback provided through this new tool will be considered and will assist future decision making.
By registering now, residents will be able to participate on available projects. New projects will be incorporated one at a time with announcements on opportunities for consultation as they come available.
Registration is an easy process:
Step 1: Visit www.comoxvalleyrd.ca/connectcvrd
Step 2: Register through the Register Now link provided
Step 3: Get involved and be part of the conversation on Connect CVRD
