This form is to request a booking at:

  • Comox Valley Sports Centre; or

  • Comox Valley Aquatic Centre,

You must be 19 years and over to complete this form.

Submission of this form constitutes a request to use a facility, but is not a guarantee of event confirmation. Staff will contact you during the approval process. 

*Separate request form to be completed for all other Exhibition Ground Bookings, and Sports Centre Rink Board Advertising.

  • We offer bookings in quarter-hour intervals. Please select your time on the hour, half-hour or quarter hour. Ex: 3:00pm - 4:15 pm.
  • If requesting more than 10 dates, include details in the text box of additional dates/times.

*CVRD Staff to advise what facility bookings require insurance, and an extra insurance fee may be added if not provided.

I/We acknowledge that failure to comply with this Declaration of Commitment and the Rental Booking Policy to the satisfaction of the CVRD may result in the termination of the rental contract.
