Get out and vote this local government election

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is encouraging residents in Electoral Areas A, B and C to vote in this upcoming local government election. 
 
“Your opinions, your perspective, your concerns and your values matter,” explains CVRD Chief Election Officer, James Warren. “Make your voice heard by ensuring you get out and vote this October.”
 
Advanced Voting:
  • Wednesday, October 10 from 8 am until 8 pm 
    Location: Comox Valley Regional District Boardroom – 500B Comox Road
  • Wednesday, October 17 from 8 am until 8 pm
    Location: Comox Valley Regional District Boardroom – 500B Comox Road
Additional Advance Voting Opportunities:
  • Thursday, October 11 from 9 am until 12 noon
    Location: Denman Island Seniors' Centre - 1111 Northwest Road, Denman Island
  • Thursday, October 11 from 2 pm to 5 pm

If you are unable to vote at any of the advance or general voting opportunities during the election, you may be eligible to vote by a mail ballot. Please review the information provided on the 2018 Elections webpage at www.comoxvalleyrd.ca/elections regarding mail ballot voting.
 
The Comox Valley Regional District is a federation of three electoral areas and three municipalities providing sustainable services for residents and visitors to the area. The members of the regional district work collaboratively on services for the benefit of the diverse urban and rural areas of the Comox Valley.
