Join us for an introductory information session on coastal flood risk in the Comox Valley.
As the climate changes, coastal flood risk is a growing concern for many communities, including those of us in the Comox Valley. The CVRD has just completed updated floodplain maps for the entire area that include the effects of sea level rise and climate change. Building on that important information, we are now taking the next step in a multi-phased approach to planning and building resilience for coastal flood risk, and invite you to join us on November 30, 2021 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm to learn more.
