This event is open all residents of Electoral Areas B & C including Comox Peninsula, Little River, Balmoral Beach, Point Holmes, Bates Beach, Huband Road, Tsolum areas, Merville, Black Creek, Dove Creek, Saratoga Beach, Arden, Powerhouse, Lake Trail, Marsden and Plateau Road.
