At our facilities, we offer a variety of fitness classes; both drop in and registered, throughout the year. Drop in fitness programs off you flexibility when planning your workout schedule. We offer classes 6 days a week at various times throughout the days. We are very excited to offer the valley’s first indoor stand up paddle board exercise class! Join us at the sports centre for a fun and unique core and balance fitness class. As we are in the pool bring active wear that you do not mind getting wet, and clean supportive running shoes. This is an advanced class designed for athletes looking for a great cross training opportunity.

Drop In Sessions
Drop into the wellness centre and discover a new, healthier you - check out the wellness centre schedule for hours. The wellness centre is available to people over the age of 16 during business hours. If you are between the ages of 12 and 15, please enjoy our facilities on your own during our supervised weight room times or during regular hours with your parent(s).
Please note that proper gym attire must be worn while using the wellness centre.
Wellness/Health Screening Forms
Some of the programs offered at the CVRD sports and aquatic centres require participants to complete and submit forms. Go to the aquamotion, osteomotion and joint replacement health screening forms.
